To complete your registration please follow the steps below:

2 – Familiarize yourself with the resource list below. For Level 1 we ask that you read The Body Keeps the Score and the short article called the Polyvagal Theory: Trauma as Reptilian Freeze.

Sunday, November 19th 9am – 4pm
If there are only two resources you can review prior to the start of your training we recommend reading the Polyvagal Theory article and The Body Keeps the Score.
