This 6 week online series will complement and super charge any personal health and wellness practice, and teach practitioners the skills needed for their own compassionate self care when working with clients. Let's start to identify the impact chronic stress and trauma has on the nervous system. From there, you will learn tools to improve self regulation and resource to bring yourself back into a place of resilience and strength from the inside out. Recover Your Warrior is not a replacement for psychotherapy, counselling or medical care for mental health challenges or conditions and, instead, is a great supplement and support.

Phase One - Getting Unstuck

Get the lowdown on how your body reacts to stress and trauma and the tools you can use for grounding. Make that connection by getting back in your body to build a sense of containment and stability. What are healthy boundaries, why we feel guilty setting them, and the tools to help sense and hold spaces for ourselves and others. See your strength by creating an embodied sense of internal resources and community with others.

Phase Two - Embracing Imperfection

Learn how to tap into positive experiences as they are happening. Use these experiences as assets to battle the self-doubt and shame around never living up to your vision of ideal. Let go of the negative narrative and embrace the authentic version of yourself with love and compassion. You will integrate movement of the body while bringing up positive feelings and use different mindfulness meditation techniques to install these experiences into your mind, body and soul.

Phase Three - Learning to Fly

Having discovered a sense of containment and a better ability to self-regulate you are now ready to engage in that super power we all possess - intuition. Trust and use your body to sense where you are right now and where you want to be in the future. You will tap into a deeply felt sense of purpose by learning to listen to the signals you receive from your body. This last phase is all about seeing hope for your future and building a strong sense of why you are here. You have come a long way Warrior and are now ready to fly.
