This 6 week webinar series will teach you how to bring mindfulness and nervous system self regulation into building a movement practice focused on resiliency. Recover Your Warrior Strong & Calm will compliment Foundations by offering an accessible approach to grounded movement through mindful strength and mobility exercises. We will target the back, bum and inner core as these areas typically need our extra attention.

The diversity of your abilities will be woven into each online session and modifications will be offered as we go. Your interaction with Jane will be key to ensuring a fully inclusive experience tailored to your unique needs. At the conclusion, you'll feel a greater sense of whole body integration which will improve your ability to stay calm and grounded in the midst of the chaos that life brings.

In addition, you will also have access to Jane outside of the scheduled Live sessions either through the private Facebook group or one on one via email. You will also receive a tonne of useful information to download, including a quick reference guide outlining all the exercises that Jane shares over the course of the series.

What will I need?

· A mat to lie on (Yoga, Pilates, towel)
· Resistance band
· Massage balls (or a tennis ball)
· Foam roller
