Mindful movement of the month - March 2018
MINDFUL MOVEMENT MONDAY - These are a couple simple ELDOA warm up movements I learned during @petrabaethmann 's level one ELDOA certification a while back. I'm a little rusty first thing in the morning! Riding a horse and jumping over things requires a level of awareness and a combination or rigidity in one part of my body with fluidity in another. It's next level for me particularly because the stakes are much higher. I don't go a day without wiggling my hips or articulating in my thoracolumbar junction. My daughter has been taking ELDOA at Petra's studio for a couple months. I have watched her joyful embodiment increase exponentially which is remarkable for a teenager after a major growth spurt. Petra's next ELDOA certification is coming up soon. The learnings in level one become an integrated part of a movement coaches tool kit. Also, loving my tank from @b_movedyoga !
