I’m a mindful strength and movement coach, trauma informed embodied resilience expert and believer in the unique strength and vitality we each carry in us waiting to be discovered. I guide people to uncover and integrate their physical and emotional strength and access deeper human connection through the intelligence of their bodies.

Whether it's one on one coaching (in-person or online), Recover Your Warrior™ resiliency and trauma inclusive webinars or my Movement for Trauma professional certification program, I weave in a bio-psychosocial lens and collaborative approach to everything I do.
