In this four week online course, Jane will offer new chronic pain management strategies that harness nervous system regulation through accessible movement and mindfulness techniques.

When we have lived with an ongoing state of emotional overwhelm or traumatic stress, our pain receptors become overly sensitized and up-regulated. Even our breathing biomechanics change. Jane has spent many years working one -on-one with clients living with physical and mental health conditions that also involve chronic pain. In addition, many people living with the effects of complex trauma also often live with chronic pain and become further dysregulated as a result..

Part psycho-education with a big does of handy tools and resources, you will experience new approaches to pain management that will bring you more joy, freedom and hope. If you don’t, you can ask for your money back.
