Welcome to Soul in Motion, a Jungian Somatics™ weekly practice designed to help you dialogue with your heart space via movement, music, breath and creative expression.

Come as you are. Move as you feel called. Let the soul lead the way.

In this practice, we come together to keep our inner spark alive by exploring places we are stuck in our hearts and dialogue with the body as a portal to the unconscious realms where both shadow and divine co-exist.

Each session is an opportunity to:

  • Engage in mindful joint mobility work to loosen restrictions and body armouring

  • Contact the breath as an internal spiritual guide and a portal to the unconscious

  • Be moved by music that will both ignite joy and support deeper and honest dialogue with your inner being

  • Harness spontaneous creative expression to find your inner light and keep it alive

What You’ll Need:

  • A candle

  • A massage ball

  • Colourful drawing materials

  • Paper and pen

  • Space to move

  • A curious and open mind

This practice is accessible to all movement abilities, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your unique needs.

Please Note:

While enriching, this program is not a replacement for therapy. It is intended for individuals in stable emotional and physical health who can navigate the explorations we’ll embark on. Participants should feel grounded and self-responsible, as this journey requires minimal external support. I am not available for psychotherapeutic support outside of the weekly sessions.
